Clearing Housesm Rates and Policies
Organizing Needs Assessment - 2 hour minimum appointment $225/session
Hands-On Organizing - 3 hour minimum appointment $285/session
All sessions include detailed strategies/solutions, product and resource recommendations, and follow-up phone or email support. Organizing sessions longer than minimum block are
prorated at $95/hour
Projects requiring additional team members will be priced at available contract
organizer costs/hour (NAPO members)
As you plan for organizing assistance, please allow 2 weeks for
scheduling availability. New clients will be sent a client agreement upon
scheduling, detailing session and cancellation policies.

Payment Policy
Payment for all organizing services is due at the end of the appointment. If organizing products provided by Clearing Housesm are used during a session (as authorized by the client), the cost of these supplies is due at that time. Payment for the shopping service and supplies purchased is due upon receipt of supplies. We accept cash and checks made payable to Clearing House LLC. We also offer email invoicing through Paypal to accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a scheduled organizing service, we require that you notify Clearing Housesm at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduled clients who cancel services with less than
48 hours notice will be assessed charges based on the minimum time commitment for that service. Refer to our Services page for a description of each service.
Refund Policy
Organizing services performed on-site are not refundable. Unused products purchased for any organzing service by Clearing Housesm may be returned within 30 days of purchase for
exchange or refund.
